The Zanolli electric Citizen EP series deck ovens come in a 4-pizza capacity and are avail in a single or double deck unit. They are modular and can be stacked up to 3 units high. The small external footprint makes them perfect for rooms with small spaces that require constant productivity. They feature armoured stainless steel heating elements, optimized to compensate for heat loss due to door opening combined with maximum insulation of the oven chambers for excellent consumption / production ratio. Simple electromechanical controls combined with a full stainless structure, thick insulating properties and a heavy gauge reinforced door ensure the EP70 series is a reliable partner. The EP70 4+4 is distinguished by a single block double deck 4 pizza capacity oven.
