Selene planetary mixers will perform all necessary mixing requirements from frothy egg whites whipped into stiff peaks, compact and crumbly shortcrust pastry, smooth and homogeneous doughs, all thanks to the planetary motion of the chosen utensil. Available in 4 sizes, 40, 60, 80 and 120 and in two configurations: 3 speed or variable. The control panel, located on the head of the machine, is equipped with intuitive and easy-to-use controls and come standard with a timer. The shafts rotate on ball bearings which are resistant to any type of stress. The machine is solid and robust and rests on four anti-vibration rubber feet that guarantee stability and silence. A fine-wire whisk, spatula and hook are just a few of the tools you can use with Selene; the stainless-steel bowl, which comes as standard with all models, guarantees high performance and great durability. The Selene 120 is distinguished by its 120 litre bowl capacity and 3 speed operation. It also comes standard with automatic bowl lift and bowl trolley.
