The vertical electric grill is the right choice for cooking real barbecued chicken. Using its water bath along with the lateral heat source at the side ensures no benzopyrenes are formed on the product and any fat and grease scraps are easily collected or disposed of as they are seperated from the water in a grease collection tank. Quick, economical, barbecued chickens in 20 min is only the beginning as these vertical grills are capable of grilling a large selection of other menu items such as wings, ribs, steaks, fillets and more with perfection. The GV4 is distinguished by its 4 compartments each with their independent timer-controlls and alarms.
