GRESILVA® - High heat in seconds using powerful ceramic burners angled at 45 deg. The water bath along with the high heat radiation gas burners produce a smokeless grilling option which is economical, practical, hygienic, and healthy way of cooking. The flameless burners provide the lowest CO2 emissions and generate the highest heat, resulting in succulent and appetizing grilled food without altering nutritional value and avoiding the production of benzopyrenes. The G20 Rodizio grill offers a fix grill along with a 20 position automatic skewer/kebab rotating system which cam be configured with either single or triple head spits. It comes standard on a base with an auto fill water bath feed.

• Waste materials fall into the water without coming into contact with the heat source so there are no flames or smoke. The heat sources are positioned at a lower level and outside the cooking area. Heat is supplied by burners made up of ceramic radiation plates, which are arranged diagonally, in such a way as to provide enough heat for cooking, at the same time allowing fat and waste to fall without coming into contact with the heat source.
