Powerful cast iron "H" burners disperse heat evenly over the large 15 mm thick commercial griddle plate, thick enough to retain heat without taking so long to get to heat up initially. Deeper cooking surface, 585 mm, cooks more products per load.
Burgers, bacon and eggs are cooked with the same heat across the entire plate, with no cooler spots.
The piezo spark ignition starts easily at the push of a button, without any electrical connection required. Flame failure protection and gas regulator keeps your kitchen safe.
